I was stuck for this week’s Finish the Sentence Friday prompt: the best advice my father ever gave me. As this is Abby’s birthday week I figured I would ask her.
Me: Abby, what is the best advice Daddy ever gave you?
Abby: don’t drop Cottontail on her head

We also have a rabbit! Bonanza is her name and we got her when my son’s hamster died. He (my son, not the hamster) was 14. He is now 3000 miles away at college and 19. Funny thing – he didn’t take her with him. Guess who has to now be careful she doesn’t drop Bonanza on her head? Me! Actually I adore her. Enjoy your bunny! May she live a very long time as well.

Yes, this was supposed to be not my responsibility either! Abby has been great at everything but cleaning the hutch because she is too short to reach into it!

Hahaha! So cute! I haven’t seen a bunny like this before let alone as a pet. I know she’s so happy. Cutest advice coming from her, as well. 🙂

Cottontail is awfully cute! Scarlet really wants a bunny. It doesn’t hurt that our friends just got two bunnies and they’re pretty great pets. They use a litterbox and they let you hold them nicely. Unlike… our cats. And I didn’t even want cats! They were abandoned in a parking lot and my husband thought it was a good idea..

This bunny refuses to use the litter box, which is a tad well gross. But it is much easier to take care of the than dog or the kids!
